College is different than pros. Think jimmer. How did his game translate... Many many players are unbelievable college players and are never great in the pros. Jake locker, Vince young, Matt lineart, Jonny Manzel and even yours truly Ty Detmer. This list goes on and on. Tons of heismans never quite panned out.

Taysom falls into the category of unbelievable college player. I don't give a crap if he sucks in the pros, never gets drafted or was just kept on the team to coach other QB's. The fact remains is that he has Heisman caliber talent and may have a higher ceiling in college than Tanner Mangum. Yup, I said it.

I hear so many people say that Tanner has more NFL talent and a higher ceiling for a football career than Taysom. Fine; maybe but that doesn't make him a better COLLEGE PLAYER. You are comparing manoploly to checkers. We are talking about 2 different types of games here. Certain skill sets do better in college. Taysom is a better college player and has a higher ceiling in college ball than Tanner in my opinion.
