I moved there from Portland OR. It felt like I went back in time a decade or two
The city buildings are trashy, the white trash quotient is really high BUT THAT SAID there are some great areas around there. The weather and outdoor opportunities are significant. That whole area from kalispell to Spokane and up to the Okanagan in BC is a one of a kind area of lakes and mountains. My original post was mostly in jest.
