If it's cancerous and he needs cancer treatment, they can look into Imagine
Dragon's foundation that helps families with children that have cancer. Although I don't know how old his son is so maybe this isn't even applicable in this case if his son is an adult; I think it's only for kids under a certain age. (probably 18)?
