to that level of achievement. I also don't believe he has the chops to make it happen.

But the more I think of it, BM may have shown a flash of genius by moving to a place where expectations are low and the culture there is one that is used to and even accepts losing. It makes him basically fire proof for at least a few years. Even if they don't get the improvement they want, he certainly will make it at least 3 years, but I would bet 4. He may have gone from one job in which he was long-term fireproof to one in which he will be short-term fireproof but for which he's going to get paid 12-14 million. Great move honestly for him.
