Like most things, "it depends" ... but the risks of ibuprofen can be quite
serious in patients with hypertension, kidney disease, heart failure, or a history of MI. There is no doubt that it will be problematic for your blood pressure (if you have high BP) and increase your risk of MI. If you really don't have any hint of cardiovascular disease, it might not have any significant risk for you ... although the risk of MI might still be there.

Caffeine (on the other hand) isn't really an established risk factor for anything of this magnitude (that I'm aware of). It does cause transient increases in BP, but these aren't really cumulative over time ... and not necessarily associated with adverse outcomes. That being said, if you have legit high BP, you may want to monitor how much the caffeine affects your BP. I have no idea about dental consequences of caffeine.

I'd be happy to discuss by BM if you're interested in more detail.

(I'm not even going to address the "consequences" of diet soda. It really doesn't "do" anything. A lot of people who consume high amounts of diet soda have horrible lifestyle habits, so it is often associated with adverse outcomes, but, again, it doesn't really "do" anything)
