shoes on would be treated differently than a picture of a man assisting a disabled person?

Look, I've never been in the position of having a physically disabled child--I imagine there are times when it would be extremely difficult. In no way am I trying to minimize the pain you would feel if your child were mocked. If it were me, I might physically harm someone who did that. All I'm trying to do is point out that the picture in question did not appear (in my opinion) to mock disable people.
