I have to say football here is much more like what College ball was and should be. Money and TV have killed college football and basketball to where it is now such a high stakes corrupt entity that is so far removed from the ethical goals of higher education. It makes university presidents into pretzel-shaped contortionists who try to balance liberal education (does not mean liberal as in conservative versus liberal--BYU values Libera education ) ideals, ethics, and college athletics with ridiculous budgets, donors, and fans.
