Friday evening. The restaurant is located up Weber canyon at Exit 108 near Morgan. The thick soup is heavy on the "choke" bits of artichokes and it is delicious. A bowl of that could be a complete meal for me with their loaf of bread they bring as an appetizer. Still the best artichoke I have had was at a roadside stand off the road between Woodside and Half Moon Bay in California. They picked the artichoke from the field next to the shed where there was a large pot of water already boiling. After it was cooked they had a warm pan of drawn butter they ladled into a small cup for dipping. I've eaten lots of artichokes but that was the very top of the list for delicious.
