Failure to completely understand what the world may look like in 2019 is not a negotiation fail.

Even in mid-2016 I'd submit 2019 could look materially different than the world does today. Obviously the world is already much different today than it was when we signed that deal. Still a great deal for BYU. Just had the same downside as signing a long-term lease--the market could change for or against you.
