she said that "all" schools don't schedule events on, I think, Wednesdays so the youth can go to bible studies and activities similar to YMs/YWs. If this is true, it would surprise me if in these areas all star teams would play on Sundays. Anybody live in some of these states who can verify this?
By the way, this lady is LDS and is pushing for something similar here in Utah County where teams and groups don't schedule anything on a night so the kids can go to YMs and YWs activity. Only problem with this idea is that it is great for some wards but not those who have their activities on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I doubt all activities for all wards can be scheduled for one night.
