why don't you ask your stake president about the disciplinary council they held last weekend. I guarantee you you'll come away 99.99 percent certain that they didn't hold one.

Just because the church, or one of it's entities, denies something, doesn't mean it isn't true. For them, confidentiality reigns supreme. Especially if the leader is a lawyer. So I take a church denial or silence with as much credibility as I take the twitter-verse and their claims. Maybe less.
