and I would imagine some information about possible candidates mixed into the discussion as well. I can easily see the consultants commenting on what individual schools bring to the table and he different combinations that would work out best at 12 and 14 members. With ten schools in he room there was probably plenty of discussion which can really add to any meetings length.
