Do they "fit" culturally?

Just curious what you guys think. If we get denied, I think it would be due to the answer to one of the questions above.

I'm just not quite there in believing we are added. I don't think we are a shoe-in like everyone says. I think the data is there but we may not be a "cultural fit".
