I remember hearing that when he was training, he would stand five yards from a
jug machine and have it sling balls at him between 50 and 60 mph while he would stand and catch them. At that time, not a lot of WRs were doing this. Apparently now, there are a fair number of teams that have their WRs go through this drill.

To be honest, I don't know how much I would want to do that. I would fear breaking a finger, but Ben Cahoon was one of the best at catching everything thrown to him.
