I love capitalism.. especially when religious/government entities artificially restrict supply. I've made my
living off of rent regulated housing in NYC. Ridiculous government regulations limit supply, driving prices higher than they otherwise would be. As time goes on.... the regulations only become more complex and restrictive. It's so predictable (and lucrative if you're on the right side of the trade).
