....coaching staff once again didn't use all of their allotted practices leading up to the bowl game and came out looking thoroughly flat and unprepared in facing a bitter rival whose coach was motivated by one last shot at rubbing his hated rivals nose in it and whose team came out playing like their hair was on fire.
