Up until Kenny Wheaton's "the pick" on Washington in 1994 which sent them to the Rose Bowl and started the flood of Nike money to the Ducks, Oregon was usually poor...no, very poor (although they did have a few decent years with Fouts). You could argue, probably not very well, that Oregon State should be above them as they were decent in the 60's (okay, maybe not), but any team that played their rival to a 0-0 tie and nicknamed The Toilet Bowl, should be much further down the list (incidentally, that 1983 Civil War game between Oregon and Oregon State was the last scoreless tie in D1 football).
