years that we have had them, but we did have a problem with the washing machine where it suddenly had problems fully spinning out the load. It was covered by warranty but it took them a while (and several trips) to figure out what was wrong, during which time the repair guy gave us an earful about how much he thinks Samsung appliances suck.
