JK. Just want to know where I am. Obviously, how I feel about my health is the most important, but I'd like to know where I am with body fat now. I plan to start some weight training as well, so I'd like to get a baseline, and see how it changes with a good exercise regimen. I should have done this before I started my weight loss, but I didn't know the best way to measure it at that time.
