I've seen this same guy at every single BYU-USU football and basketball game since then. It's really odd though. The guy isn't very boisterous at all. He just kind of sits there and watches the game.

I'm not sure what dressing as the pope has anything to do with BYU, but he's there every time. I can't figure out if he's some how trying to make fun of BYU by dressing as the pope or what. It's kind of bizarre.
