A new conference that included Texas, Baylor, Texas Tech, TCU, Houston, and BYU would be awesome. If you could get Arizona State and Arizona to join something like that it would be very strong.

In fact, if you could the 5 Texas schools plus BYU, plus the AZ schools, plus Utah and Colorado, you'd have a very strong 10-team conference and both the B12 and P12 would either be dead or severely injured. If you needed to go to 12 you could add the two Kansas teams as well. Would be a true conference of teams in the Southwest and Intermountain West. Would be strong in both FB and BB.

I'd be VERY happy with something like this. Much happier than the B12 as is.
