It's a huge problem in the midsingles scene
Lots and lots of women with graduate degrees making bank in their careers. There is a vast shortage of men with similar credentials. Most of the men with similar credentials are after youth, beauty, and companionship instead of educated and accomplished. A lot of those women have to look elsewhere or aim lower. Plenty of them remain single and stay on the career track.

They will be the ones screaming for "equality" once they reach retirement age and realize they don't have any money.
