One of them is Tim Patrick, who played at JC with Nick Kurtz...
Another is Tyrone Smith (injured shoulder) 6-4/205, another is Raelon Singleton, who I'm told is one of the best athlete's on the team at 6-3/210.

Among the smaller WRs, our DBs say Butler-Byrd is a faster version of Covey, and his backup, Kyle Fulks, ran a 10.21 100M in highschool and was listed at the 5th faster player in college football as a freshmen when he was set to go to Baylor.

Those two have forced the #3 slot receiver, Demari Simpkins, a true freshman from Florida, to become Tim Patrick's backup, where he's been productive.

One of the most promising WRs, 6-5 Caleb Repp, who had a breakout game at Oregon last year, is redshirting, along with 4 star JC transfer Alec Dana.

None of the WRs are 6-6, like Mathews, but I would argue there are 6-8 athletes in the Mathews / Blackmon mold.
