Hill hasn't been playing very well, but he has had a lot of game-changing plays either dropped or picked off because of mistakes by the WRs.

Hill threw 2 picks last game that made us lose the game, that weren't even his fault. The one by Hifo was slightly off-target, but still more on Hifo's shoulders, and the Juergens one is squarely on a dropped pass.
