and although I also hate the missed tackles (lots last week also), you might acknowledge that we were playing against a stellar Offense 2 years running, the BSU of the MAC, 14-1 in their last 15 games, with 9 road wins and counting. And, that they have an amazing QB, great WR's, a massive TE, a solid run game, an experienced and sack-stingy solid O-line, and that we were doing so without our best D-lineman, and the absolute key to our D, our starting middle LB, as well as our starting CB (that they picked on all night).. That being said, I think we found a budding star in Dayan Lake (9 tackles / 8 solo, and 1 int) with some key stops down the stretch that may have been game-saving.
As I said, too bad for you. Even if a bit anxiety-provoking to always have it come down to the last play of the game, that was still very exciting football, especially with the clutch drive and win!
