quickness is NOT likely to end up well in the NBA. Particularly when he's surrounded by dominant pieces in college.
You take guys like Trey Burke in the 2nd round--MAYBE at the end of the 1st.
McCollum woulda been the wise alternative choice--but I wanted Shabbaz--who wouldn't have been too bad a pickup for the Jazz's needs, either. I'm not sure there's a Jazz pick in the last 20 years I hated worse than that one--& a lot of it had to do with the fact I had seen plenty of Trey in college & really didn't think his game would translate at all.
Actually, he's done better than I thought. His selection didn't give me much faith in Lindsey (though I don't follow the Jazz that closely these days -- a fan from a distance only).
