I've had the same thought, especially the last 3 games.
Maybe it's just the penalties we do get are occurring at less costly points in the game.
The secondary still gets the traditional PIs, but false starts and personal fouls (besides some unfortunate targeting) seem to be less of a plague.

I think that lack of turnovers is a better indication of increased discipline
