Because the Big12 members are all public institutions, at some point, someone is
going to get a hold of the Big12 media rights deal via the FOIA because it has to be signed by the presidents of these public universities. Then, we'll all know exactly how much ESPN and Fox paid to keep the Big12 at 10.
