Much of Ty's O is pre/post snap read, 5 step, quick release w anticipation &
ball placement in a very tight window. This isn't an anti Taysom post, your assessment is off in several regards. There's several ways to successfully capitalize on blitzes & not enough time in pocket w/o running or taking hits.

Whether TM consistently executes, I guess we'll find out. But these takes re; nobody could've had success & wouldve been blasted, might help feeling better re a loss, but it's not true. West coast O is designed around those short quick throws & YAC after tight window throws allowing WR to catch in stride & YACkety YAC. It's not Taysoms strong suit, rhythm & momentum doesn't happen so D never gets off balance & wrong footed like BSU does to opposing D's. The OL has made nice progress, better push off the ball in running game w zone blocking. In pass prot. they seemed to struggle more w Bsu's smaller quick DL & blitzes than big beasts of SEC & B10 DLs last few weeks.
