The route running has been pretty good, even by freshmen like Hifo, WR's are breaking open deep and despite common perception on CB are getting solid separation given the competition.
The problem with WR's are dropped balls, which is something that i would argue has very little to do with coaching and is not exclusive to our offense. Our WR's are soft and don't want to pull in catches in the middle of the field to get lit up by a safety. Taysom also struggles to hit WR's in stride and tends to throw high which exposes a WR to big hits. Taysom rarely takes chances on passes downfield.
I think there is just a lack of trust and confidence all around.
