One concern. . . .
I like the policy. . . . but. . .
Now, isn't everyone (boys and girls) at BYU that finds themselves crossing the proverbial line going to head straight to the Title IX Administrator and cry RAPE just to protect themselves from the Honor Code?
If that's the case, then aren't the number of incidences of sexual assault going to skyrocket?

What? it would only be to discipline the perpetrator, and it specifically states that victim info will be redacted
