We forced them to adopt a playoff and they finally agreed to it because it was to their advantage. They:
1) took the NCAA out of the equation by not even mentioning them in the contract.
2) took advantage of the chaos to kick the BE out of the Club
3) eliminated the possibility of having multiple BCS Busters, in any given year, and limited to G5 to one berth in a NY6.
4) negotiated the contract so that they received 71.5% of the revenue, limiting the G5 to 27%, ND to 1% and the independents to .5%.
If they go to 8, they will craft it so that they have a bigger stranglehold on the CFP and post-season play. And they will get want they want - the G5 will go along with any proposal.
