I was 12 then and was just getting into football, but that game triggered a desire to watch every BYU football game from that point on. Living in the Seattle area that meant going to my dad's friends house or the stake center for a lot of games. I didn't realize the impact of that loss until years later, but I have good memories if that game. Weird.
