Yup. I think we made around $200 with our Disney savings,
But Robinhood just posted a link saying we would have spent $2k in trading commission's had we gone with a traditional brokerage...Which is probably true, as I would issue stop-loss sells all the time to protect profits of 3% and above and was content with a consistent flow of profits all through the year.
You can't afford to do that with commission's.
In no way is it my retirement, but it has been fun and modestly profitable
