I like making my own and appreciate a restaurant with a lot of condiment options

I will start with a Ketchup base, may throw in some BBQ, tabasco, cholula, mustard, etc. Mayo gets added to help smooth things out and get it creamy.

I like something with sweet and hot in it and when you have condiement options I can get what I want. JCW's comes to mind for this.
