You can adjust angle with mounting hardware, but have to be careful if in a
high wind area. Some places it is OK to have the lower edge of your panels higher than the upper edge. This would take a 45 degree roof and get a more optimal panel angle for your latitude. This sometimes isn't allowed in very high wind locales. You can also drop efficiency from self-shading if you do that and your rows are too close together.
