Comcast is one of those places where everybody's plans are so different from one another that you can never really compare apples to apples.

I'm getting TV and 200 megabit internet for $70/month...

Also, multiple comcast reps have told me that if you go into their physical buildings, you get better deals than calling in, or buying online.
