yell at him/her and even break something he owns himself...not like someone is going to press charges if you break your own thing. You better have inflatable kids or they are going to walk all over you. As a parent there are times you have to send a message that something is unacceptable to maintain some semblance of order. On occasion there is a need for more energy in the message. IF you never have to raise the energy level with your teenagers then count your lucky stars. But not all teenagers are created the same.
