If you have on-site day care, a gym in the office, and sleep pods (that no one who actually wants to make a good impression and move up in the company care about) then you score high. Unfortunately, the people who work at the company that don't care about moving up use the things to excess and so everyone else is unhappy because they are doing the job of multiple people. So those companies are great for some (i.e. single people who want to live their life at the office, while simultaneously not doing work), but not for the people trying to move up the corporate ladder.
