Nebraska was amazing. I was there, and it was unbelievable. I'd say what makes this win different is
The feeling of optimism. After BYU beat Gonzaga, the overwhelming feeling for me is, "these guys have it in then to be special." even if that special team/season is probably a year (or 2) away.
The Nebraska game was one of the best BYU sports events I can remember, but it felt transactional because of the loss of Taysom. He looked SO GOOD in that game.
That's why my vote was for Oklahoma. Beating Oklahoma felt like we had just slayed THE giant at their place (basically) and there was no ceiling to what that team could have done.

No, not a poor season. They went 8-4 the rest of the way and beat Stanford in the Sun Bowl. They were ranked for 10
