I've eaten there 3-4x. If I'm close, I will sometimes eat there. But it's not
super memorable for the food, and I generally don't think "Oh, I'm in Rexburg, must eat at Gator Jacks." I would say its a 7. It does have an interesting atmosphere and schtick.
Nielsen's Frozen Custard (about 300 feet away) is more memorable food-wise IMO.
