All the NCAA games are hosted by a school (or in a few cases a conference)
The school hosting the site gets the right to put their logo on a corner of the floor. Typically these sites are not on the campus but you'll notice that all games have some school (or conference) logo in that spot.
In this case, it is Utah hosting the regional site.
