Track the pollen count in your area and see if your sickness corresponds

with high pollen. Pollen in NM has kicked my butt. I finally did allergy shots last year and just got to a maintenance level. For the first time in a long time I'm able to keep my allergies under control. Juniper is off the charts right now and I'm able to manage it with a claritin.
