I'd be much less impressed w Tanner's practice hype if it wasn't complemented by a long list of HS offers that went from coast to coast.
When you got SEC teams offering a white Arizona kid as a receiver--you simply can't discount that as something less than very promising. Kid was a major post-mish signing coup (which went down in rather silent fashion--largely cuz he hadn't previously made much a buzz in the Provo recruiting circles--cuz he showed hardly any interest in us when Bronco was here). But regardless, Beau obviously showed many scouts something very special as a prepster. He had a lot more quality offers than your typical 3* receiver recruit.
