The school can pretty much do whatever it wants.
While I wish it was the IPF is not a football-only facility. I'm sure football gets first preference when it's time to schedule but they are never going to be able to kick someone out on a last-minute whim. The Church likes multi-purpose facilities and the IPF is just that.
