The NCAA has been negotiating with the NBA
and the NBA Players Association. The NCAA and NBA want to increase the age, at which an athlete could be eligible for the draft, to 20, from the current 19.
The Union is opposed to the change. Until and unless they change their stance, one-and-dones will continue.
