they did, when they were mostly Americans behind the wheel. A significant portion of the drivers now are immigrants from 2nd and 3rd world countries that take their pride in screwing with Americans. The two trucks mentioned in the OP 100% were doing that on purpose to piss people off. Source - My brother was a trucker.
