The lady my wife and I have used for day care for the past 10 years uses that one.
To prevent my kids from mimicking her, I've had to be very blunt with them over the years in explaining that it's wrong. I've got nothing against people who speak like that, but I don't want my younger batch of children who live with me full time to sound that way.
It's not a big deal, but it's a bit like swearing. I don't mind if other people do it, but I want my children to avoid the appearance of sounding like... whatever. Please allow me to end this one without sounding like a snob.
