specific. That could mean a few blocks over, it could mean next door, it could mean in my city (as in, in Draper as opposed to Sandy or Bluffdale). No two shelters are exactly alike, and obviously have different people in them a different times. While the vast majority of the people who pass through are decent people who aren't a danger to my family or my property, it only takes one really egg to cause problems that could have long term effects on my familiy. I see that, and I'm not trying to minimize it. My point was that I'm not particularly worried about it being "near" my home and family.
