POLL: Do you help clean the stalls in the buildings when your family's assigned?
I believe we our ward has the best way of handling church cleaning I've ever scene. We divide up all the families and everyone is assigned a few weeks during the year. If you can't come you're expected to make a trade. We of course take into account the likelihood of them coming but it's worked great.

However every time we clean bathrooms are almost always avoided by everyone. I can't blame them I feel the same which is why it's some type of personal point (I'm self righteous) to clean the restrooms first thing.
